How Agnes Works With Your Data
1. Consent-Based Analysis
Your landlord must obtain your consent before uploading your documents to our system. We require landlords to confirm this consent for every verification.
2. Limited Analysis
Agnes only analyzes documents for authenticity and consistency. We check for mathematical accuracy, formatting consistency, and signs of tampering. We do not evaluate your creditworthiness or make rental decisions.
3. Automatic Data Deletion
Your original documents are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after verification. Analytical reports are retained for 12 months to handle potential disputes, then permanently deleted.
4. No Data Sharing
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used exclusively for document verification purposes.

How long does it take to process my data access request?
We process all valid requests within 30 days, as required by law. Most requests are completed within 10 business days.
Can I prevent my landlord from using Agnes?
You have the right to refuse consent for document verification. However, landlords may require verification as part of their screening process, and may consider alternative verification methods.
