These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VerifyWithAgnes AI document verification services. AGNES AI is a product of NEXT RENT. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Service Description

VerifyWithAgnes provides AI-powered document verification services to help landlords and property managers authenticate tenant documents. Our services include:

  • Document authenticity analysis
  • Fraud detection and tampering identification
  • Cross-document consistency validation
  • Compliance reporting

AGNES AI is a decision-support tool, not a decision-making tool. Final rental decisions remain your responsibility.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, including:

  • PIPEDA (Canada)
  • FCRA (United States)
  • Provincial/state privacy laws
  • Anti-discrimination laws

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon third-party rights
  • Upload malicious or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
  • Use our services for unauthorized purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including the AGNES AI technology, are owned by NEXT RENT or our licensors. You receive a limited license to use our services for their intended purpose.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined on our pricing page. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF OUR VERIFICATION RESULTS. AGNES AI is a product of NEXT RENT AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT RENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEXT RENT and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
